FairFlow
KyberSwap launched FairFlow, a new liquidity mechanism designed to improve value distribution for liquidity providers. During the four months of live operation, FairFlow has performed flawlessly under Uniswap v4’s and PancakeSwap Infinity’s top-tier security model with zero exploits, zero compromises, and 100% uptime.
KyberSwap’s FairFlow is the #1 Uniswap v4 hooks by volume and adoption. Billions in trading activity, millions in TVL and a complete redefinition of LP-centric yield. Today, the FairFlow hook powers over 15 pools, processing over $2.5 billion in trading volume across Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Arbitrum.
Strengthening security
Security remained a top priority throughout the year. KyberSwap strengthened its security framework through continuous audits, internal reviews, and close collaboration with trusted security partners like Hexens, Spearbit and Omniscia. Cross-Chain Swap integrations
KyberSwap’s cross-chain swaps matured thanks to integrations with leading interoperability partners including Across, Bungee, deBridge, LI.FI, Mayan, NEAR Intents and Relay. Uniswap
One of the most transformative developments this year was the FairFlow integration with Uniswap v4 – a hook that captures arbitrage value typically extracted by bots, redistributing it back to liquidity providers via the Equilibrium Gain Sharing Program. In addition, FairFlow has been provided with more than $100,000 as incentives from the Uniswap Foundation to accelerate the adoption of FairFlow hooks.

PancakeSwap
KyberSwap extended FairFlow mechanics into the PancakeSwap ecosystem – empowering LPs to access enhanced yield strategies on BNB Chain. KyberZap is also integrated into PancakeSwap Infinity non-hook pools and PancakeSwap v3, letting LPs add liquidity with any token, no pre-swaps needed.
LI.FI
KyberSwap partnered with LI.FI through the integration of the KyberSwap Aggregator API. This integration enabled LI.FI to tap into KyberSwap’s aggregated liquidity and optimized execution across multiple chains, helping deliver better pricing and more reliable swaps for end users.
Community at the core
In 2025, KyberSwap continued to invest in building a community that is active, trusted, and closely aligned with the product’s vision.
Connecting DeFi users globally
KyberSwap’s global community also continued to expand, connecting DeFi users across regions and time zones, creating a shared space for discussion, feedback, and support.

Affiliate Program
One of the key milestones was the launch and scaling of the Affiliate Program. This program enabled community-influenced members to participate directly in KyberSwap’s growth through a clear revenue-sharing model.
Turning incentives into momentum
Throughout 2025, KyberSwap ran campaigns that engaged both new and experienced users in active trading.
May Trading Campaign
In May, KyberSwap launched a trading campaign on the Base chain with 15,000 KNC in rewards, incentivizing participants based on trading volume performance and leaderboard placement.
Cross-Chain Race × NEAR Intents
This summer’s Cross-Chain Race invited users to swap assets using NEAR Intents and compete for a share of a $50,000 reward pool – encouraging cross-chain activity.
Weekly Rewards
The “Swap For An Opportunity – Grab 5,000 KNC Weekly” campaign offered traders a chance to earn weekly KNC rewards simply by swapping – no leaderboard stress, just active participation.
