Kyber Network has recently identified a number of fraudulent online articles and listings falsely associating our name and brand with misleading investment content. These are not affiliated with Kyberswap/Kyber Network in any way, and we strongly condemn any attempt to deceive users under the guise of our reputation.
What Happened?
These fraudulent web articles (the “Fraudulent Publications”) employed cloaking techniques to manipulate search engine previews — making it appear as though Kyber Network had published them. Clicking on these misleading links redirects users to a suspicious external site:

This site further invites users to join a WhatsApp group named “VIP 21 Global WZ Blockchain Future Forum,” which we are not affiliated with in any capacity.
We are still in the process of investigation and will provide updates if any other fraudulent channels are identified.
Our Official Position:
- Kyber (including Kyber Network and KyberSwap) did not create, authorize, or endorse any of these publications.
- We have not given permission for our brand, products, or services to be used in any such context.
- We expressly reserve all legal rights to take appropriate action against any unauthorized use of our name and/or logo.
We have taken immediate action to report these fraudulent materials and are working closely with the relevant platform providers, including Google and WhatsApp, as well as with the authorities, to proactively safeguard our users and protect our brand reputation.

- Only trust information published via Kyber’s Official Active Channels (listed below).
- Report any suspicious or misleading content falsely using the Kyber name.
- Avoid engaging with unofficial WhatsApp groups or “get-rich” schemes linked to Kyber branding.
- Apply caution when dealing with information found on internet or social media platforms.
